EARN YOU MDW FIGHTING IN AND AROUND BUILDINGS PATCH!
In this 5- module course focused on personal safety when out and about or at home, we will take you on a journey of defining objectives and linking shooting, tactical skills and equipment related to you as a civilian, law enforcement and or security officer.
Each module is a 5–7-hour session that will integrate, interactive lectures, dry fire, force on force and live fire exercises.
Module 1 Understanding structures
– Anatomy of structures (buildings)
– Building blocks for Clearing and Movement
– Corners and Doors
Module 2 Working with a Partner
– Armed Partner
– Home Safety
Module 3 Pressure and Tactics Framework
– isolated and integrated building blocks-dictated by objectives, challenges
– Pressure, momentum, and speed -risk vs reward
Module 4 Public spaces and managing active shooter situations
– Case studies
– Dynamics of threats and crowds
– Moving with an unarmed partner or family members
– Communications with first responders and emergency services
Module 5 Consolidated scenarios and low light concepts for clearing
– Force on Force Scenarios
– Low Light concepts for fighting in and around buildings
– Award certificates.
