Training for personal self-defence requires constant work on Mindset, Combative application/tactics and marksmanship attributes. Balancing the elements is no easy task.
Join our Time on Target Attribute module that focuses on and explores the balance of speed and accuracy to make effect hits on target required in combative and self-defence situations.
